Heinz Guderian

17 June 1888–14 May 1954

Guderian was the one who planned Blitzkrieg tack tikes. In 1933 he had all panzer tanks had a radio put in. He saw action in the blitzkriegs on Poland, France and in operation Barbarossa.

Invasions of Poland, France

In these invasions he was in command of the XIX corps. In the invasion of France he went through the Ardennes and broke through the allied lines and drove to the coast and cut the allied armies in two. This cost the British forces to be cut off from the of French forces and the supply lines.

 

Barbarossa

Guderian became in command of second panzer in October 5, 1941. Ware he pushed far in Soviet union he was almost ready to attack Moscow. But he was dismissed of his command on December 25, 1941.

Guderian and the rest of panzer staff surrendered to American troops May 10th, 1945.
